This is a 22-year-old female who had a dorsal hump and a traumatic crooked dorsum. I used hyaluronic acid filler to add volume above and below her dorsal hump. I also added filler bilaterally on the dorsum of her nose to camouflage the asymmetry caused from the trauma.
