This 36-year-old female had a previous rhinoplasty and came to us because she disliked the slight strength along the middle third of her nose from the profile view (a very slight polybeak deformity) from her previous rhinoplasty. She also disliked the columella of her nose and how it hangs lower than desired and leans to one side. Therefore through our Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, we subtly sculpted her nasal tip to create more definition and s haved her dors um t o create a straight profile. We also lifted her columella and straightened it.
