Patient 45 Description This is a 25-year-old woman came to us with concerns of wanting a subtle but meaningful rhinoplasty. As a black woman she didn’t want the prototypical “ethnic” rhinoplasty where it becomes a Caucasian nose (she expressed this in thorough detail on our youtube channel video regarding her surgery). She wanted to retain her Black characteristics of her nose while softening the concerns of her wide nasal bones and bulbous nasal tip. Therefore , through our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty, we performed refinement of the nasal tip with creation of anatomical triangular tip configuration. She also had wide nasal bones therefore we performed narrowing of the nasal bones with our scarless internal technique.
