This 31-year old female was concerned about her large dorsal hump and very droopy nasal tip. To address this, with our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, we shaved her dorsal hump and lifted her nasal tip to eliminate the droopy and pulled-down look of her natural nose. The patient also felt that her nasal tip was too bulbous, so we performed refinement of the nasal tip. She also had wide nasal bones therefore we performed narrowing of the nasal bones.
