Patient 42 Description This is a 20-year-old woman who wanted a very conservative result from the front but wanted a drastic change from the side profile . Despite having a large dorsal hump, she still wished to not have an overt scoop or ski-slope side profile and didn’t want to look that different from the front . Therefore through our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, we shaved her dorsal hump. She had an under-rotated nasal tip with a small pull-down effect from Depressor Nasii muscle, therefore we performed tip deprojection with feminine rotation. She also had wide , bulbous nasal tip; therefore , we performed subtle refinement of the nasal tip. She also had wide nasal bones therefore we performed subtle narrowing of the nasal bones.
