This 40-year-old female came to us with a concept of wanting a minimally subtle but powerful rhinoplasty to finesse her nose. She loved her nose overall but felt it was too strong for her face. Therefore, through our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, we slightly shaved her dorsal hump to create a straight profile. Additionally, she had an undefined nasal tip with asymmetry of nostrils, therefore we performed refinement of the nasal tip with the creation of an anatomical triangular tip configuration with nostril symmetry. We also narrowed and straightened her nose a touch from top to bottom. From a three-quarter view, we can truly appreciate the minimal finesse of the changes made. These are her 1-week postop photos, immediately after the cast was removed – showing how minimal her bruising and swelling are, and she can fly home after cast removal with no tell-tale signs of surgery.
