This 25-year-old female had a sports injury at a young age. As she grew, so did the dorsal hump on her nose which not only showed from the side profile, but also had sharp delineations along the front of her nose where the dorsal hump was. The frontal view ironically bothered her more because the sharp marks reminded her of the imperfections her nose was never meant to have. Therefore through our Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique , we very subtly shaved her dorsal hump and narrowed her nasal bones to restore the normal architecture of her nose to her pre-injury nose that was always meant to be.
