This gorgeous 17-year-old female was brought in by her mother for her concerns about her shape of her nose. She always felt beautiful but she felt like her nose wasn’t as cute as she liked . She desired her dorsal hump to be shaved down and her nose to look straighter. Therefore through our Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, w e slightly shaved her dorsal hump, narrowed her nasal bones, and sculpted her nasal tip. She also had an under-rotated nasal tip which she felt was over-projected, therefore we de-projected her nasal tip and gave her a subtle feminine rotation.
