This 39-year-old female was concerned about her small dorsal hump and bulbous nasal tip. She didn’t want a totally different nose but just a subtle refinement from the front. Therefore with our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, we shaved her dorsal hump , and then sculpted her nasal tip, de-projected it, and slightly lifted it with a feminine rotation.
