This is a 41-year-old male who came to us with concerns about his breathing specifically and then expressed minimal concerns with his side profile. He felt his nose drooped a little and his side profile was a little stronger than he would have liked. He didn’t want any noticeable change from the front of his nose at all. He didn’t want his family or anyone to recognize there was any noticeable change. Therefore with our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, we shaved down h is dorsal hump very minimally. He had an under-rotated nasal tip with a pull-down effect from the Depressor Nasii muscle, therefore we performed subtle tip rotation. Very minimal changes were performed to the front of the nose, per the patient's request, to keep it looking very natural.
