This 38 - year - old female came to us with concerns about the size of her dorsal hump. This always bothered her and she finally decided the time was right to finesse this part of her face. Therefore , with our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique we shaved her dorsal hump and straightened her nasal bones. She also disliked her bulbous nasal tip so we sculped and refined her nasal tip just a touch to balance the improvements of the profile.
