Patient 36 Description This is a 23-year-old woman came to us with concerns about her small dorsal hump and wanting a more feminine version of her nose. Therefore through our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, we shaved her dorsal hump and achieved a subtle supra-tip break . She had an over-projected nasal tip; therefore , we performed subtle tip deprojection with feminine rotation. She also had wide , bulbous, and divergent nasal tip; therefore , we performed refinement of the nasal tip with creation of anatomical triangular tip configuration with nostril symmetry. She also had wide nasal bones therefore we performed minimal narrowing of the nasal bones. Our goal is always have the cutest version of the nose that a patient could have been born with.
