This is a 32-year-old woman who was concerned about her large dorsal hump and bulbous nasal tip. To address this, with our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, we shaved her dorsal hump. She also had crooked dorsum and undefined nasal tip, we performed refinement of the nasal tip and straightening of her nose from top to bottom.
