Patient 4 1 Description This is a 20-year-old woman came to us with concerns about her large dorsal hump . She wanted as natural of a nosejob as possible with no scoop or curve whatsoever. As you go through our gallery you will notice, we try to respect the patient’s desire always and customize the results to the patient’s needs with functionality and naturality always staying at the forefront. This patient did not want to look like she had a “ nosejob ” ever. Therefore through our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, we shaved her dorsal hump in a very natural way . She had an under-rotated nasal tip with pull-down effect from Depressor Nasii muscle, therefore we performed tip deprojection with feminine rotation. She also had crooked , undefined nasal tip with asymmetry of nostrils, therefore we performed minimal r efinement of the nasal tip with creation of anatomical triangular tip configuration with more nostril symmetry. She also had wide nasal bones therefore we performed minimal narrowing of the nasal bones.
