This is a 20-year-old woman who came to us with concerns about her large dorsal hump. She wanted as natural of a nose job as possible with no scoop or curve whatsoever. As you go through our gallery you will notice that we always try to respect the patient’s desire and customize the results to the patient’s needs with functionality and naturality always staying at the forefront. This patient did not want to look like she had a “nose job” ever. Therefore through our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, we shaved her dorsal hump in a very natural way. She had an under-rotated nasal tip with a pull-down effect from the Depressor Nasii muscle, therefore we performed tip deprojection with feminine rotation. She also had a crooked, undefined nasal tip with asymmetry of nostrils, therefore we performed minimal refinement of the nasal tip with the creation of an anatomical triangular tip configuration with more nostril symmetry. She also had wide nasal bones therefore we performed minimal narrowing of the nasal bones.
