Rhinoplasty Gallery Patient 813730
This is a 24-year-old male came to us with concerns of how bothered he was with how wide his nose becomes when smiling. He was also concerned about his droopy nasal tip and dorsal hump. Through our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, we shaved his dorsal hump. He had an under-rotated nasal tip with pull-down effect from Depressor Nasii muscle, therefore we performed tip deprojection with masculine rotation. He also had crooked, undefined nasal tip with asymmetry of nostrils, therefore we performed refinement of the nasal tip with creation of anatomical triangular tip configuration with nostril symmetry. He also had wide nasal bones therefore we performed narrowing of the nasal bones.
