This is a 27-year-old woman who came to us with concerns about wanting a more contoured nose with a cuter side profile. Here we showcase her 1 week results immediately after cast removal. As you can see most patients after 1 week are comfortable being back in public socializing and flying back home. Therefore through our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, we shaved her dorsal hump and sculpted a cuter side profile. She had an over-projected nasal tip; therefore, we performed subtle tip deprojection with feminine rotation. She also had an undefined nasal tip; therefore, we performed refinement of the nasal tip with the creation of an anatomical triangular tip configuration with nostril symmetry. She also had wide nasal bones therefore we performed narrowing of the nasal bones.
