Patient 43 Description This is a 27-year-old woman came to us with concerns of wanting a more contoured nose with a cuter side profile. Here we showcase her 1 week results immediately after cast removal. As you can see most patients after 1 week are comfortable being back in public socializing and flying back home. Therefore through our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, w e shaved her dorsal hump and sculpted a cuter side profile . She had an over-projected nasal tip; therefore , we performed subtle tip deprojection with feminine rotation. She also had an undefined nasal tip; therefore, we performed refinement of the nasal tip with creation of anatomical triangular tip configuration with nostril symmetry. She also had wide nasal bones therefore we performed narrowing of the nasal bones.
