Patient 63 Description This is a 35-year-old nurse who came to us with concerns of a small dorsal hump and a crooked nasal tip which leaned to her right. She wanted a very natural result without overt signs of a nosejob . Here we present her 1 week postop photos immediately after cast removal – swelling of the nose subsides over weeks to months. We show what a patient looks like only 1 week after surgery and she can now fly home and be presentable. Therefore with our closed Scarless Nose® Rhinoplasty technique, we shaved her dorsal hump and straightened her nose . She had a n under-rotated nasal tip with pull-down effect from Depressor Nasii muscle, therefore we performed tip deprojection with feminine rotation. She also had long , over-projected, and bulbous nasal tip with asymmetry of nostrils, therefore we performed refinement of the nasal tip with creation of anatomical triangular tip configuration with nostril symmetry. She also had a crooked dorsum; therefore, we performed straightening of the dorsum with spreader grafts to bolster her septum to the midline to make the tip appear straighter.
