If you live away from the Los Angeles area, rest assured you are on the right website. At our clinic, 50% of Dr. Dugar's patients are from outside of Los Angeles and are seeking subtle scarless refinement of their nose, which they feel they cannot find in their local countries or hometowns. Dr. Dugar sees patients from across the globe due to his expertise and super specialization in only one surgery: scarless noses. Due to his super specialization, Dr. Dugar has surpassed his peers and become an internationally respected Nose Surgeon due to his unique philosophy on noses.

The consultation fee is non-refundable, but it will be applied as a deposit to your future nasal surgery, should you qualify. Additionally, there are no charges for re-evaluations (secondary consults) in the future, either in-person or online.

Aftercare

Most patients feel comfortable going home immediately after surgery and staying with friends or family at a local home or hotel. However, some patients prefer to have 24-hour nursing care for the first two days after surgery. We have many recovery options that our surgical coordinators can present to ensure our patients can heal after surgery in a tranquil, luxurious environment.

My Only Accusation

The only thing I get accused of is doing too little to a nose, and I'm totally okay with that. This accusation happens rarely, but when it does, I'll be the first to admit that I'm 'Mr. Conservative' with my scarless noses. I do noses day in and day out, so I have learned that conservatism is the safest route for natural, long-lasting results that both patients and I are thrilled with for years to come.
